Job Description

Job Scope:


Provide pick-up and drop-off services for guests, including airport or ferry terminal transfers. Drive guests to scheduled destinations upon request, ensuring timely and safe arrival. Assist guests with loading and unloading of luggage and parcels. Deliver documents, laundry, maintenance items, and supplies to/from partner locations or suppliers. Support housekeeping or maintenance team in logistics during room setup or emergency responses Transport staff members to designated locations for work-related errands. Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and properly maintained at all times Report any mechanical issues immediately and coordinate servicing appointments. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history. Obey all traffic laws and company driving policies. Ensure guest and staff safety during transportation. Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and etiquette. Handle guest queries or concerns politely and escalate when necessary Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager or the Company.
Job Requirements:


Valid Class 3/3A driver's license Clean driving record and minimum 5 years of driving experience. Familiar with local traffic routes and landmarks. Able to communicate in English (additional languages are a plus). Physically fit and capable of lifting luggage or small packages. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage. * Team player, able to work under fast paced environment and under pressure
