To provide supervision for a group of construction workers.
Require site coordination skills to organize workflow to ensure and reinforce workers to follow the standard protocols and complete projects in a timely manner.
Ensure workers meet safety expectations and are able to identify new hazards and work to minimize risk at job sites.
Positive, able to provide coaching to workers when needed.
At times help out in loading and unloading site material.
Comfortable working under the sun.
Able to work early hours and attend site Tool Box Meetings.
Supervise work sites.
Assists with other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethics.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
