Job Description
- Transporting materials as scheduled to Project Site.
- Planning each route based on road and traffic conditions
- Communicates with site peronnel by phone to update them of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
- Plan routes using GPS system.
- Inspect vehicle for any mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
- Report any accidents, violations, or defects in your vehicle.
- Maintain a positive attitude with workers
- Plan out your routes in advance and ensure you meet delivery deadlines.
- The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually
- If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Requirements
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience as a construction driver
- Possess Singapore Class 3 & 4 driving license
- Great time management skills
- A track record of reliability.
- A reasonable degree of physical strength and fitness
