Job Description

The Driver is responsible for conveying Rumah Makan Minang brand, food, and service. The position is involved in driving the business by providing logistical support for Restaurants and Catering. Moreover, the Driver is tasked with supporting the overall operational needs of the Central Kitchen. Reporting to the Manager, the Driver is expected to carry out and perform the duties and responsibilities diligently. The goal is to provide exceptional transportation needs and carry the brand well. Responsibilities

• Liaise with Central Kitchen & Restaurants throughout the whole process of operation
• Provide consistent exceptional work for every prompt delivery
• Communicate with Restaurants promptly to determine their orders and requests
• Ensure food safety and protection while making deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and excellent personal hygiene
• Reach and exceed all goals and objectives, including deliveries and catering target
• Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
• Maintain positive, respectful, and professional work environment
• Provide feedback, ideas, and new initiatives to Manager

• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence
• Singapore citizenship
• Positive work attitude and self-driven
• Willingness to learn and excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
• 5.5 days a week, up to 8 hours a day or 44 hours a week
