Job Description
Job Summary
To provide effective and efficient engineering and maintenance support for the DSM Flex manufacturing operation and support the technical lead of the team as deputy. To be developed as an expert in some of the machine processes and drive improvement in equipment availability, product quality, productivity and safety while ensuring compliance to GMP, HSE and other relevant requirements.
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on DSM Flex Front End and Back End modules
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on DSM Autoclaves and other supporting systems
- To assist the technical lead to drive improvements in equipment availability, product quality, productivity and safety
- Improve machine performance and efficiency by providing effective troubleshooting, maintenance and engineering support for the DSM Flex manufacturing operations
- Support non-conformance investigations, field action assessments and customer complaints investigations
- To be developed as subject matter experts in DSM Flex manufacturing processes, autoclaves or supporting systems
- Support projects such as machine upgrading, retrofits, software/hardware changes, etc
- To lead the team as deputy lead when the technical lead is not around
