Responsibilities

• Implementation of maintenance activities for DTL Communications Systems
• Responsible for failure analysis and investigation of Communications Systems
• Responsible for compliance of ISO standards in maintenance work
• Responsible for cost saving, improvement and upgrading work for Communications Systems
• Implement of maintenance for DTL Communications Systems to meet the required standards of safety, reliability and availability
• Implement of ISO standards for all maintenance works
• Assist Assistant Engineer to collaborate with the contractors for the defects and modification works to ensure a smooth process
• Assist Assistant Engineer in study and analyze the faults and propose for improvement to supervisor
• Support Assistant Engineer to monitor all modifications and upgrading of the equipment in the communications systems
• Assist Assistant Engineer to implement Work Instructions and Specifications for maintenance of the equipment and subsystems
• Support Assistant Engineer to review R&P/Work Instruction periodically
• Assist in conducting investigation for incidents and delays related to Communications Systems
• Ensure the competency level of individual
• Ensure individual competency and training are updated periodically
• Assist Assistant Engineer for any A&A, upgrading and project work

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Nitec in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Rapid Transit Technology
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge in computer hardware and software application
• Team player
• Can work with own initiative and independent
• Able to cope with stress
• Strong planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Able to work on rotating shift
• Able to identify colours
