A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Duty Manager, Customer Care Centre Asia like you, to bring expertise to our team.

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. Key Accountabilities:

Leading manager and main point of contact for OSD & Resolution Team. Coordination of case resolution process.

Main contact for product support, service partners and for all functional cases with high priority and the objective of extremely fast restoration of the operational availability of the installations / plants / systems.

Responsible for the introduction of all processes/ trials and other defect/ fault analysis, spare parts/ logistics, coordination of a action plan with the respective customer as well as the corresponding introduction and implementation of the solutions for complex service issues.

Verification of the customer requirements with the financial conditions of the available contracts (i.e. warranty, extended warranty, etc.).

Collaboration to continue improvement of general process flows in the functional and logistic customer support with the aim of permanently and continuously increasing the customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills :

Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronic)

High level of experience/ expertise and sound knowledge of Gas and Diesel engines, gensets, machineries, components and systems.

Good knowledge of Customer Service/ After Sales matters

Ability to understand electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications and documentations.

Able to work in Tukang office (Jurong)
