Job Description

• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (Include meal break)
• Morning, Noon, Night (Rotating, timing depends on hotel)
• Competitive salary package
• Location: Islandwide, 4-5 stars Hotel setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
• Manage and supervise daily shifts, including scheduling and coordinating staff
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Collaborate with various hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage * Monitor and control costs within budgetary constraints.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Address operational challenges and find effective solutions.
• Coordinate and manage special events, conferences, and functions hosted at the hotel.
