Job Description

Job PurposeOverall responsible for service delivery under his/her shift and acting as Point of Contact for Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC).Responsibilities

• Act as Point of Contact for SDC for operation-related matters and incident handling.
• Perform site supervision for the entire operations team to ensure that all operations.
• Take responsibility for the management of Operation Command Centre (OCC), Train, and Station Operations.
• Take responsibility for train service delivery and train service performance indices.
• Provide leadership and motivating staff.
• Provide guidance to staff for incident control and recovery.
• Implement strategies to improve service level and control cost.
• Prepare contingency plan for business continuity.
• Conduct investigations into service disruptions or incidents and submit incident reports.
• Conduct incident reviews and draft lessons learned as part of knowledge sharing for staff.
• Conducting exercises and drills to maintain a high standard of competence; ensure staff are competent and qualified for their respective roles.
• Submit reports on system performance.
• Require to perform 3 rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays. Working location at Sentosa.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Recognized Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in transportation industry / OCC operations will have an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability.
