Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant

to lead implementation and enhancement projects for our clients across Asia-Pacific. You'll be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing efficient solutions, configuring Business Central, coordinating with developers, and ensuring successful delivery from discovery to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement workshops and document business processes, gaps, and solution designs. Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Approvals, Security, and Reporting). Define and coordinate data migration, mock runs, and reconciliation. Collaborate with developers to create specifications for AL extensions and integrations. Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, and system handover. Manage project milestones, risks, and client communication to ensure smooth go-lives. Prepare clear documentation including configuration guides, SOPs, and user manuals.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV implementations. Solid knowledge of Finance, Trade, Inventory, and operational workflows. Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable leading client workshops. Experience with data migration, user training, and UAT management. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical developers and business users. Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written). Mandarin or other Chinese language ability preferred to work with regional clients.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency environments. Familiarity with e-invoicing, GST, or localized compliance features.
