Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for retail processes
Configure Dynamics 365 FnO modules, including Retail, POS, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations using Retail/Commerce SDK, C# and Power Platform
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the system.
Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to maximize system adoption.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in retail modules.
Strong understanding of retail business processes and best practices.
Proficiency in Retail/Commerce SDK, C# and SQL
Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Management Framework).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
