Roles & Responsibilities Job description

• To perform calibration of dimensional, mechanical, electrical and temperature instruments to meet quality standards and compliance.
• Responsible for ensuring all GMP documentation related to calibration activities is completed accurately and timely manner.
• Strictly follow the SOP according to the GMP requirement.
• To support the maintenance of internal traceability and instrumentation maintenance.
• Liaise with both vendors and end-user for any issue arising with the equipment calibration.
• Apply Permit To Work (PTW) for vendors and check the availability and compare the Vendor Calibration Procedure (VCP) & Sensors Risk Assessment (SRA).
• Close all execute Work Order in SAP/CMX after perform the job at the same day.
• Experience on instrumentation, field-bus communication is preferred on top of DCS/PI/PLC/VFD/basic electrical knowledge.
• GMP Experiences in Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices industry.

• Diploma or Degree in precision / mechanical / electrical engineering or any other related field.
• Experience in handling pharmaceutical laboratory equipment such as HPLC Systems, Water Purification Systems, Centrifuges etc would be an advantage.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel& Word).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate and work as team.
