Job Description

Office Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with various vendors, suppliers, contractors, and office building management
  • Monitor and maintain sufficient stock for office supplies and consumables e.g. stationery, pantry items, etc.
  • Manage office assets (Hardware, accessories) and maintain accurate records, subscriptions, warranties, and due dates
  • Responsible for all company license applications / renewals with various government authorities
  • Manage office postal and courier services
  • Greet and attend to visitors
  • Organize, prepare and disseminate updates and information across the Company as and when required
  • Organize and maintain filing of documents and keep a proper record of the documents
  • Updates records in various other software systems, like scheduling or resource management
  • General office management
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Support to VP/Directors:
  • Calendar management and any travel arrangements for domestic and international business travel for the Directors/Partners whenever required.
  • Meeting documenting (minutes) whenever required
  • Preparation and coordination for meetings, trainings, and company events.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Attention to details and knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong in processes, and highly sensitive to various stakeholders' needs
