About JLL Early Careers Rotation Programme - Work Dynamics (Project & Programme Management)

What's your ambition? Is it a big goal or small steps? Professional or personal? We'd like to know, because we make your ambitions our business. And if you have ambitions in property consultancy, helping you achieve them is what we do best.

What this job involves

You will be part of an exciting journey to build a solid foundation for yourself as a real estate professional.

You will be on a 24-months rotational programme that exposes talents like yourself to different aspects of our Work Dynamics business. You will work in two rotations, of 12 months each, preceded by an intensive 2 months of training. Each rotation will provide you with the opportunity to gain experiences across any of our corporate client accounts. We offer our clients services across the following areas:

Facilities Management

Project & Programme Management

Solutions & Business Development

Workplace Experience

Engineering Operations

We help you build your foundation in your first year, so that you can craft your own career path into a specialisation of your expertise and passion from the second year and beyond.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be:

You are a fresh graduate or with less than 2 years of working experience, and with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Engineering and Business related studies. Friends describe you are a well-rounded individual who is passionate in real estate and well versed in industry trends. You see yourself as an excellent communicator with a team player mind-set.

Someone high in integrity, open, highly adaptable and possess a positive learning attitude, you are confident in yourself and driven in your work with a hunger to succeed.
