Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare materials necessary for engaging learning experiences.
- Maintain an organized and disciplined learning environment.
- Ensure the well-being of children, always treating them with honor and respect.
- Design and maintain a classroom setting that supports learning and promotes the holistic development of children.
- Establish and maintain high standards of routine care.
- Observe and document each child\'s development and progress.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with parents to enhance support for their children.
- Work closely with colleagues to contribute to the success of the center.
- Attend all relevant meetings and engage actively in team planning sessions.
- Serve as a positive role model for children and colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of professional competence through ongoing development and training.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education in Teaching or any relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- L2 or L1 certified incumbent are encouraged to apply
- Passionate in Early Childhood Education
- Loving, caring, a go-getter and a communicator
- Location: Central
- Standard working hours
- Salary up to $4000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
