Job Description

- Position Title: Early Intervention Teacher
- Working Location: Paya Lebar
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary $2,800 - $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Study client's behaviour and apply behavioral therapy principles.
- Develop individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student Implement IEPs, assess students' performance and track their progress.
- Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect student's progress and goals.
- Manage a group of students of ratio 1:4-5 kids with other teachers in the class.
- Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in students' behaviours.
- Become familiar with and use behavioural redirection techniques
- Know how to respond to negative behaviours appropriately.
- Provide written documentation on each student.
- Communicate progress with managers and parents.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Must have at least Nitec in Special Education, Education of Psychology.
- Good understanding of best practices in inclusive and special education to support diverse learners.
- Able to start immediately.
