Substance is a forward-thinking recruitment firm that specialises in providing exceptional talent solutions across various industries. We are currently seeking a nurturing Early Years Educarer to guide crucial early development in infants/ toddlers.Role Overview:
- Create developmentally appropriate learning environments
- Support emerging independence and social skills
- Establish emotional security and attachment in young learners
- Guide and document essential developmental progress and milestones
- Partner with families in their child's development journey
- Early Childhood qualification with infant / toddler specialisation
- Certification from a national early childhood regulatory body (e.g., ECDA, ACECQA, Ofsted, or equivalent)
- Experience with toddler development and care
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice
- Excellence in family partnership
