Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception counter, attend to visitors, answer phone calls.
  • Processing of invoices, PO and internal billings
  • Assist to prepare tenancy agreements, when needed.
  • Order stationery and pantry items.
  • Arrange repairs of office and pantry equipment; when required.

Requirements :
  • At least 1 year of working experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
