Their Employee Benefits department is currently looking for an experienced business development manager to service the broker intermediaries and ensure strong renewals, retention rates, and drive consistent growth.You will be part of an experienced team of EB professionals in the company who have contributed toward strong performance results in recent years. To succeed in this role, your strong interpersonal and relationship building skills is critical. and you can take a proactive, forward thinking approach towards improving and adapting to changes. You will also actively particpate in key projects assigned (product related enhancements and scoping market trends and analysis etc).To be strongly considered, you should bring at least 7-8 years of relevant EB sales and /or account management experience , with the necessary skills and exposure to building effective relationships with broker intermediaries.
