Job Description
Kitchen Assistant/ Cook
Working hours : 44 hours & 6 days per week
Operation time: 11.30am to 9.30pm /10pm
Salary : $1600-$2400
Working Location: Serangoon / DownTown East ( opening on Nov)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities in the kitchen.
- Assist Management to develop or modify menus.
- Assist in inventory and managing of supplies.
- Recruit supervises kitchen staff, schedule staff accordingly to operational needs.
- Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes and portions serving correctly.
- Motivate and coach staff to perform better in their respective roles.
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Liaise with the Chefs regarding any menu or food issues.
