Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
ECM OpenText System Analyst
to join our team. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise, working closely with business users to capture requirements, implement system changes, and deliver effective ECM solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ECM solutions. Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Configure, customize, and implement changes in
OpenText ECM applications
. Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolutions. Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Support testing, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance activities. Create functional/technical documentation and user training materials.Key Skills & Experience:
Mandatory:
Hands-on experience withOpenText ECM solutions
(e.g., Content Server, Archive Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, D2). Strong background in system analysis, configuration, and implementation of ECM platforms. Ability to bridge both business and technical teams in a techno-functional capacity. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
