Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our E-Comm cum Logistic Intern to support the team in e-commerce operations & inventory managements. The ideal Doll will be customer orientated while possessing an organised and proactive attitude. If you are passionate about beauty and e-commerce, we would love for you to be part of our Doll Team!RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in updating inventory levels across e-commerce & stores
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory
- Perform quality checks for stocks received
- Coordinate logistics of stocks from HQ to Stores
- Monitor stock transfers, exchanges or returns
- Actively communicate with customers on restocked items and online order enquiries via WhatsApp
- Create key reports to ensure data are up to date
- Assist in all other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
- Diploma in Logistics, Operations Management or related fields
- Possess a strong comprehension of brand's identity, products and target audience
- Attention to details & good communication skills
- Customer oriented and able to provide viable solutions for them
- Strong in planning and problem solving skills
- Keen interest in beauty will be a plus
- Thrives within a team environment & works well with others - equally reliable when working on your own initiative
- Minimum 6 months commitment
- Monday to Friday
