Job Description
The Ecommerce Administration Executive will be part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for:
- Managing online and trade sales orders processing
- Coordinating order fulfillment with internal and external parties
- Execution of approved sales promotions and campaigns
- Maintaining online/offline sales catalogue
- Handling of customer inquires/requests
- Assisting in the execution of social media activities
- Supporting general company administration when required
