Internship Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Administrator to support end-to-end online operations, including order processing, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations across online platforms while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

• Only for Singaporean / PR / LTV+ / WHP Students / Candidates
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, or related discipline.
• Knowledge in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, or logistics coordination.
• Knowledgewith e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and courier portals.
• Minimum duration of 6 Months.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill online customer orders
• Coordinate packing, shipping & replacements
• Manage product listings, pricing & promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback
• Monitor stock levels & update inventory records
• Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products

Benefits:
Basic Allowance: S$1000 - S$1500 per month (Depending on Academic skills and experience)
Insurance: Provided
Working Schedule:
5.5 Working days per week
44 hours per week (Beyond hours will be compensated as OT)
