This role will provide you with the chance to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing, including strategy development, market research, and client engagement. Additionally, you will manage our eCommerce platform, gaining valuable insights into online sales operations. You will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios and enhance your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A keen interest in sales strategies, marketing techniques, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Openness to learning and applying modern marketing technologies and tools.
• Basic knowledge in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) will be an added advantage.
• Experience or familiarity with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Support the sales team in creating promotional materials and presentations.
• Manage and maintain the company\'s eCommerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing brand visibility across key platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and our website.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Contribute to the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall sales and marketing goals.
• Support in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, sales activities, and eCommerce metrics.
