Job Title: Ecommerce Assistant (Intern)

Job Role Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Exec alongside Co-CEO Retail & Marketing, the Ecommerce Assistant plays a key role in supporting the e-commerce team in various tasks related to promotional activities, creative content creation, online sales and data analysis. Assisting with the execution of the long-term and short-term marketing campaigns and strategy with the aim of building the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand and positioning in the market that will drive overall sales and company growth.

E-Commerce

• Assist in managing and maintaining online store/ e-commerce platform (Website, Online Marketplace, Deliveroo & Grab Mart).
• Ensure Process and fulfillment of online orders by relevant frontline staff, ensuring smooth checkout process, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Help with Product listings, including uploading product descriptions, images, and organizing product information.
• Preparation of e-commerce data reports by platform, such as sales performance, customer behavior, and conversion rates, to gain insights into customer preferences and make data-driven decisions.
• Work with senior marketing team members to optimize the e-commerce platform and marketing strategies.
• Support customer service efforts, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to online purchases.
• Other marketing-related tasks as required.
