Job Title: E-commerce Associate

Our client was started in 1965 as a medical hall and became a wholesaler and distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1980. The company owned a manufacturing facility to manufacture its medical products. Our client is GMP certified. The company owns a total of 6 retail outlets and is located across different regions in Singapore.:
- Manage day-to-day operations for the company\xe2\x80\x99s e-commerce platforms, including process daily sales orders, invoicing, attend to customer enquiries and handle returns.- Work closely with delivery/warehouse team to ship out daily orders timely- Upload product listings on e-commerce platforms- Ensure product information (e.g. pricing/promotions/product images) are up-to-date- Generate monthly sales report and work closely with finance team to provide supporting information for account reconciliation- Resolve any e-commerce platform issues - Provide administrative support and ad-hoc duties as requiredJob Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields- Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Proactive and positive attitude- Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills- Meticulous with good organizational skillsCompensation:
