E-Commerce Asst Manager

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire an E-Commerce Assistant Manager (Korean-Speaking).

• The ideal candidate should come with strong e-commerce and supply chain operations experience.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Ideally at least 5-6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, project management, and supply chain management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

• Fluency in Korean is required to communicate and work with Native Korean stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience preparing detailed management reports and business presentations for senior leadership.

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.

• Knowledge of digital supply chain technologies and automation tools.

As an E-Commerce Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving e-commerce sales and supply chain efficiency by:

• Analyzing and improving e-commerce fulfillment strategies to enhance speed, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Leading e-commerce projects including Korean-English translation, platform integration, automation, and process enhancements.

• Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency and accuracy.

• Extracting insights from reports and preparing bilingual (Korean-English) management presentations.

• Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to align on online sales strategies.

• Overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination.
