We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-Commerce Executive
to support day-to-day operations across our online sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and TikTok etc.
This role is key to ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality product listings, coordinating smooth order fulfilment, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and cross-functional teams to support the growth of our online business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, images, descriptions, and stock levels.
Coordinate order fulfilment and delivery operations, including communication with drivers, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining performance records.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, refunds, and returns with timely and professional follow-up.
Support marketing activities by creating digital content, promotional visuals, and product display assets (basic design skills preferred).
Optimise product listings and participate in campaigns to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, refunds, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
Identify workflow improvements and assist in implementing new processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing teams to support launches, campaigns, and day-to-day operations.
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management in support of e-commerce growth.
Who We're Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations or related functions (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm)
