Coordinate end-to-end e-commerce operations across all company platforms
Manage product listings, updates, and basic visuals (Canva knowledge preferred)
Liaise with warehouse on inventory, stock movements, and order fulfilment
Key out inventory for e-commerce sales and ensure accurate stock records
Handle customer enquiries via platform chats, phone calls, and messaging channels
Assist with order issues, returns, refunds, and prepare weekly reports for management
Ensure delivery accuracy and proper return of goods from drivers
Handle business phone lines, take orders, and attend to walk-in customers professionally
Assist with documentation, filing, coordination work, and general administrative support
Support team members and perform any other duties assigned by management

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
