We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Executive to support our growing online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who's eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with processing customer orders through One-cart and inputting them into our system (Oracle NetSuite). Respond to customer inquiries on platforms such as Shopee and Shopify to ensure timely support and maintain positive store ratings. Support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms to help drive sales. Help design basic layouts for product pages; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a bonus. Update and maintain product listings across all online stores, including creating attractive cover photos and product visuals. Perform regular checks to ensure our platforms and website are working smoothly. Track basic performance metrics and assist in reporting insights from e-commerce data and KPIs. Coordinate with platform account managers and assist in maintaining good working relationships. Contribute creative ideas for promotions and campaigns, including social media initiatives like TikTok livestreams. Research competitors' online activities to identify trends and opportunities. Support coordination between Finance and Sales teams to help align online orders with internal records. Occasionally assist walk-in customers who were referred from online channels.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Must have 1-2 years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Tik Tok, RedMart, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and NTUC., and be fluent in English and Mandarin for customer support. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, ability to multitask, and self-discipline are essential Good communication skills and attention to detail. * Experience with Canva or ORACLE Netsuite is a plus.
