E-commerce Executive
Managing, executing and follow up with portals assigned such as online sales, content, delivery, platform campaign management and upkeep of newness in all web-store product catalogue according to company standards
Ensure stocks are updated and reflected accordingly across all channels.
Processing online orders from e-commerce platforms.
Handle all customer related enquiry by email, chat and social media.
Provide good support to customers for building and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Assist to brainstorm, structure, and improve the digital and e-commerce platform and the continuous engagement process with customers.
Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets for the e-commerce platforms
Ready to take on AD HOC Duties & Able to handle and possess understanding of online marketplaces (Such as Lazada Shopee Seller Centres, Websites)
Sales driven personality and has basic understanding of customer service
Comfortable with using Microsoft Office (Excel).
Comfortable with using social media.
