Manage and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online marketplaces such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Carousel, TikTok and the company's website.
Coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns to boost traffic and conversion rates.
Ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely order fulfilment in coordination with internal teams.
Produce and edit supporting short-form videos such as TikTok or Reels for campaign teasers, brand awareness and livestream highlights.
Utilize graphic design tools, including Canva, to create eye-catching visuals for promotions, banners and social media posts.
Host and manage all livestream sessions on TikTok (and other platforms) to promote and sell products.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience of e-commerce management.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Carousel.
Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Canva.
Experience with online advertising, particularly on platforms like TikTok.
Ability to manage budgets for advertising campaigns.
Possesses excellent communication and public speaking skills with a strong on-camera presence.
