Job Description
Responsibilities:E-commerce:
- Creating and maintaining accurate product listings on the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and brand stores on online marketplace platforms
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace platforms
- Optimising inventory level and pricing accuracy for product listings
- Respond to customer enquiries on timely basis
- Collaborating with colleagues to fulfil sales orders
- Handle return/refund/exchange orders if any
- Process purchase order to suppliers
- Verify invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy
- Coordinate international shipping
- Compile monthly purchase report
- 9.00am to 6.00pm,Monday to Friday
- Up to $3500
- Outram Road
- Working knowledge of online marketplace platforms is an advantage (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Diploma in any field
- Possess great attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
