Scope:
- Responsible for the performance outcomes of e-commerce platform such as Lazada, Shopee and any other future platforms
- Proficient in excel and have good understanding how platform integration works
- Understand how to upload products images and ensure accurate product items information to be listed on the shirt bar's website or existing e-marketplaces.
- Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplace
- Answering enquiries and as customer Service Team in resolving any customer’s feedback
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and competitors’ activities
- Plan market, competitor and customer research activities and analyse trends and dynamics through information gathered
Requirement:
- Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry is advantageous.
- 5 days per week
