Job Description


Position details:

This position reports to the Director regarding B2C e-commerce projects as well as execution of the platform and liaises with various employees and clients to commit to delivering high-level quality campaigns, product ideas and other elements required to increase the sales funnel channels and customer database

Specific Responsibilities:

1) Develop and output from start to end- ecommerce planning, designing and execution of the campaign, across key retailers ( Lazada, carousell, Shoppee etc) 2) Oversee the online sales agenda across various partnering functions and be responsible for timely project delivery 3) Build and improve on online sales basics by being proactive with regular checks via data reports and review meetings 4) Lead new business opportunities and be involved in ideation meetings to create new revenue streams or innovative ways to sell online 5) Promotional review after festive or catchy days (9.9, 10.10, 11.11 ) and customer experience and liaising 6) Become proficient in product knowledge catalogue and liaise with customers accordingly

Technical Skills and Competencies:

1) Develop storyboards and message maps to ensure consistent messaging through content marketing 2) Implement activities to ensure content is distributed according to specifications, contracts and agreed timelines 3) Plan market, competitor and customer research activities and analyse trends and dynamics through information gathered 4) List and execute e-commerce activities on marketplaces
