About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
E-commerce Order Fulfilment Associate
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and packing online orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and a great customer experience.Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Check order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch. Coordinate with courier/logistics providers for pickups and tracking. Monitor inventory levels and report low stock. Receive and inspect incoming stock shipments. Assist with stocktaking and warehouse organisation. Maintain cleanliness and order in the fulfilment area. Support customer service team on order-related queries, if needed.
Requirements
Prior experience in order fulfilment, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate weights. Familiar with basic computer tasks (e.g., printing labels, updating order status). Positive attitude and team player.
