Shermay\xe2\x80\x99s Singapore Fine Food is a range of Singaporean crackers and Peranakan sauces based on Shermay\xe2\x80\x99s family recipes and Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s rich culinary heritage. It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauce (Cilicuka & Sambal Hijau), Ginger Garlic Sauce, and ready-to-cook marinade (Singapore Meat Marinade).

The range of crackers features prawn crackers (keropok) which are perfect for dipping into the chilli sauces and sambals. The latest addition is her grandma\xe2\x80\x99s recipe for Nonya Curry Powder for meat curry which won an international award for Great Taste.

Our premium snacks and sauces are served on Singapore Airlines and retail on KrisShop. They are also available on Redmart, Amazon, FairPrice Marketplace, Shopee, Tangs, Grab, Foodpanda, and other platforms. We also supply hotels and clubs, such as The American Club, Tanglin Club, Shangri-La Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Capella Hotel, Sheraton Towers Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, etc.

This brand has been in operations for 9 years, and Chef-Owner Shermay Lee is a veteran of the industry for 20 years.



Key Projects in Next 3-6 Months (Looking for specific interns to work on these):
1) Shopify: modify, upgrade and maintain website with new listings and new features
2) Product and Gift Packaging: co-ordinate and finalise artwork with designer and printer
3) Digital Marketing: create content, manage our accounts

General Job Duties:
- eCommerce Platforms: update & maintain listings on Amazon. sg, shermay.com, Redmart.com, Tangs.com, FairPrice.com.sg, GrabMart, Foodpanda, etc.
- eCommerce Fulfillment: pack, send and invoice orders for B2B and B2C.
- Digital Marketing and Content Creation: create images and text to post on social media.
- Product Launches: launch new products, execute marketing plan.
- Inventory Management.
- Product Design: co-ordinate with design firm.
- Misc Admin.

General:

- 5 min walk from Pasir Panjang MRT, West Coast.
- 1-2 min walk from nearest bus stops.
- Mon-Fri 10am-6pm with lunch break. Full-Time only.
- $9/hr, paid weekly via PayNow. Typically about $300-350 per week, about $1,000+ per month.

Covid Safety Management Measure (Safety is Important to Us):
- Safe Distancing: tables are 2-3m apart.
- ART Testing required at office once a week, during peak Covid waves.
- Our office has high ceilings, is airy and bright.
- Weekly clean-down & sanitisation by staff and also cleaner.
- All staff must be at least double-vaccinated, preferably with a booster shot.
- Sinks to wash hands with good soap very easily accessible within office.
- Our building safety and hygiene is good, runned by MCST.
