• Manage and update our online store (website), ensuring functionality and a positive customer experience.
• Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Implement and oversee digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor online sales performance, analyze key metrics, and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate online promotions and campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to online orders and shipments.
• Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices, and suggest new strategies to increase sales and improve customer retention.
• Work with the IT team and external vendors to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise with the website or online orders.
• Utilize analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track and report on online performance metrics.
