Shermays Singapore Fine Food is a range of Singaporean crackers and Peranakan sauces based on Shermays family recipes and Singapores rich culinary heritage. It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauce (Cilicuka) and & Sambal Hijau.The range of crackers features prawn crackers (keropok) which are perfect for dipping into the chilli sauces and sambals. The latest addition is her grandmas recipe for Nonya Curry Powder for meat curry which won an international award for Great Taste.Our premium snacks and sauces are served on Singapore Airlines and retail on KrisShop. They are also available on Redmart, Amazon, FairPrice Marketplace, Shopee, Tangs, Grab, Foodpanda, and other platforms. We also supply hotels and clubs, such as The American Club, Tanglin Club, Shangri-La Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Capella Hotel, Sheraton Towers Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, etc.This brand has been in operations for 9 years, and Chef-Owner Shermay Lee is a veteran of the industry for 20 years.Key Projects in Next 6 Months (Looking for specific interns to work on these):
1) Product and Gift Packaging: co-ordinate and finalise artwork with designer and printer2) Digital Marketing: create content, manage our accountsGeneral Job Duties:
- eCommerce Platforms: update & maintain listings on Amazon. sg, shermay.com, Redmart.com, Tangs.com, FairPrice.com.sg, GrabMart, Foodpanda, etc.
- Shopify: modify, upgrade and maintain website with new listings and new features
- eCommerce Fulfillment: pack, send and invoice orders for B2B and B2C.
- Digital Marketing and Content Creation: create images and text to post on social media.
- Product Launches: launch new products, execute marketing plan.
- Inventory Management.
- Product Design: co-ordinate with design firm.

Safe Distancing: tables are 2-3m apart. Our office has high ceilings, is airy and bright. Weekly clean-down & sanitisation by staff and by cleaner. All staff must be at least double-vaccinated.
