Job Description

Assist in the coordination and administration of e-commerce platforms (Online Shop, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada etc.) Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Assist in planning, create and manage all E-commerce Promotion activities. Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management. Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service. Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries. Assist in monitoring and preparing operational reports and reconciliation. Assist in managing social media marketing. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Min. Diploma in any discipline Min 2 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes will be an advantage Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. Hard working, positive mindset, innovative, cheerful, good attitude Can work independently

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,300.00 per month
