Ecommerce & Livestream Coordinator (Full-Time)

Vintagewknd is a vintage & rework lifestyle brand on a mission to rescue textiles from landfills by innovative re-design and styling! We have upcycled over 55,000kg / over 130,000 items to date!

We're looking for a passionate & proactive professional with relevant experience in ecommerce & livestream operations. You should be highly organized, great at numbers & have a great attitude to pursue new ideas.

The Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring our ecommerce and livestream operations run smoothly on a daily basis.

Coordinate & manage ecommerce and livestream operations Handle product listings: taking photos, writing descriptions, uploading to platforms Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy Manage order fulfillment & delivery processes Track performance of livestream and ecommerce campaigns, analyze metrics & suggest improvements Liaise with livestream hosts & outreach to potential new talents Work with the marketing team to roll out campaigns linked to ecommerce & live events Provide basic customer support and chat responses during live sessions

Requirements

Experience in ecommerce operations, admin, retail, logistics, or customer service Understanding of ecommerce/livestream workflows (we'll train you too!) Great with time management & efficiency -- you're someone who makes processes smoother Comfortable working both independently and in a small team Strong sense of initiative and responsibility Detail-oriented, organized & quick to adapt Passionate about sustainability, fashion & digital innovation
