Internship Overview
The Ecommerce & Logistics Support Intern will provide operational and administrative support to the ecommerce and logistics team. This internship is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity, allowing the intern to gain exposure to online retail operations, customer support workflows, and order fulfilment processes while assisting with daily execution.
Internship Objectives

  • Support smooth day-to-day ecommerce order operations
  • Gain practical exposure to customer service in an ecommerce environment
  • Assist in basic logistics coordination and order tracking
  • Learn structured documentation and escalation processes
Scope of Responsibilities
1. Ecommerce Operations Support
  • Assist with daily ecommerce order processing across platforms such as Shopify and marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Carousell)
  • Support basic order tasks including order checks, simple edits, cancellations, and exchanges under supervision
  • Help monitor order progress and flag issues such as stock shortages or fulfilment delays
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, order exceptions, and inventory movements
2. Customer Service Support (Ecommerce-Related)
  • Assist in handling ecommerce-related customer enquiries via email, live chat, and marketplace platforms under guidance
  • Support responses to basic customer questions on:
  • Order status
  • Product availability
  • Promotions and vouchers
  • Log customer enquiries and actions taken according to internal guidelines
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to supervisors with clear notes
3. Logistics & Inventory Coordination Support
  • Assist in tracking deliveries and shipment statuses
  • Support coordination with internal dispatch teams or logistics partners for deliveries and collections
  • Learn to navigate internal systems (e.g. Warehouse Management System) to check order or stock status
  • Assist with basic inventory checking or reconciliation activities when required
Internship Structure
  • Internship Type: Full-time / Part-time Intern
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Reporting To: Ecommerce / Product Marketing Team
  • Working Arrangement: Onsite
