Job Description
Our client is one of the world\'s leading manufacturers and retailers of quality footwear. They are currently looking for E-commerce Manager to join their E-commerce team for their new projects. The are located at Central - easily accessible.
Duties of E-Commerce Manager:
- Manage brand.com P&L and exceed growth targets.
- Improve end-to-end experience through data and user testing.
- Develop and execute promotion and marketing strategy across channels.
- Build relationships with leaders and manage P&L.
- Establish best practices and infrastructure.
- Optimize product life cycle and understand the competitive landscape.
- Develop assortment and pricing strategy.
- Define KPIs for digital and merchandising teams.
- Conduct research on online customers\' needs and preferences.
- Manage user experience of the website and grow share of voice.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / E-Commerce or equivalent
- At least 4 years experience in B2C retail shoes / fashion industry (Luxury Retail Cannot)
- Experience in brand.com & Lazada
- Experience with Brand Management and Marketing Analysis
