Job Description

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage Live Streaming on TikTok and Shopee Live (3 to 4 per week)
• Manage the back-end admin of Live such as pinning, uploading SKUs, joining campaigns, liaise with TikTok Manager for online vouchers
• Manage Content for Platform: Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, GrabMart and Website
• Manage online sales and orders for these platforms
• Reply to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries
• Process online sales order and provide all sales admin support
• Manage Loyalty Programme, and to track and generate reports for management
• Strategise, plan and execute all Marketing Campaigns for Loyalty Programme
• Manage Social Media Posting for IG, FB, TikTok and Website
• Content Creation and to improve online presence
• Liaise with graphic teams for artwork
• Propose Festive Promotion and Marketing Collaterals
• Manage Pop-up Events Marketing
• PR Marketing by sourcing for influencers, KOLs, Sponsorship
• Create Affiliate Marketing and Email Marketing

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri: 10am to 7pm

Salary:

• Up to $3800 + Commission

• South

Candidate Requirement:

• At least 3 years of experience in E-commerce & Marketing and preferably from F&B, Confectionary or Snacks industry
• Experience with Social Media Marketing, Postings, Ads and E-commerce
• Knowledge in Video editing
• Must be willing to work late when there is TikTok or Shopee Live
• Diploma in Business or \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level
• Result-oriented in meeting all datelines for projects, campaigns and e-commerce revenue targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good written and spoken English
• A good team player with excellent organizational skills
• Meticulous and able to adapt to change
