Role: You are a Reckless Ericka ambassador with a passion for marketing the brand. You are a dependable multi-tasker with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in delivering successful ideas and problem solve, someone who proactively innovates to improve the brand.
Key Responsibilities (E-Commerce):
- Manage product listings: Produce product content, upload images unto our E-Commerce website.
- Execute key launches and sales.
- Ensure stocks tally online and onsite.
Key Responsibilities (Marketing):
- Assist in executing engaging and performance-driven campaigns across all marketing channels and communications platforms.
- Assist in building and executing a holistic and integrated marketing campaign plan.
- Monthly campaign review and assist in suggesting new ways to improve audience engagement and impressions.
- Organic platforms
- Understanding subscriber behaviour and developing content ideas or formats relatable to them to encourage open rate and click through rate.
- Assist in EDM generation with Design team.
- Social Media marketing focused.
- Understanding followers\xe2\x80\x99 behaviour and contributing to conceptualise content/ thematic ideas and formats.
- Generating, analysing and presenting social media report
- Manage all aspects of company marketing touch points.
- Consult with affiliate partners to share campaigns initiative and work closely with the graphic team to provide creative assets.
- Manage Media & Influencer
- Media
- Manage in sending out marketing campaigns / new arrival\xe2\x80\x99s press kits/gifts/release.
- Follow-up with a report after.
- Identify, reach out and follow-up with influencers to maximize influencer reach in line with marketing KPI.
- Keep track of influencers posting and generate reports to measure success rate.
- Customer relationship Management (CRM)
- Ensure that the customer is at the heart for campaign initiative.
- Collaboration/Partner outreach
