Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for e-commerce, online marketing, and possess a blend of creative and analytical skills. You will be responsible for driving online traffic, enhancing the user experience, and improving conversion rates for our e-commerce website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute and optimise effective digital marketing campaigns that support our business goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that are tailored to each product and target audience.
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to drive traffic and increase conversion rates through various online marketing channels, such as email marketing, KOL, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track website performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimise website content, design, and functionality to enhance the user experience and improve website performance.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project plans for marketing campaigns across marketing & distribution channels (e-com, retail, etc).
  • Manage the execution of launch plans, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all launch-related activities are completed on time, within budget, and with a high degree of quality.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital marketing strategies.



Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in a D2C environment.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Retail or FMCG Marketing experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopee and Lazada.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, PPC advertising would be a plus.
