As a E-Commerce Marketing Sprcialist, you will support the performance products and commercialization strategies for retailers, marketplaces, and brands. You will contribute to achieving the team\'s vision and OKRs, execute key projects, and drive sales pitches for large customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support and guidance to sales teams as needed to drive adoption of the client\'s commerce solutions.Overall Responsibilities:Performance and Strategy Execution:

• Support in delivering the Retail Performance Quota and landing Retail MTMs.
• Assist in managing the operations and strategy for Retail Performance Business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Account Management, Go to market, Technical & Media Operations Teams.

Client Engagement and Sales Support:

• Participate in sales pitches and presentations for large customers.
• Engage with key clients.

Project Management:

• Lead and support specific projects between August and November.
• Drive Online to Offline Activation for Omnichannel customers\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b

Skills/Experience/Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
• Deep understanding of the commerce ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge of the client\'s commerce solutions for marketplaces and retail customers.
• Experience in performance marketing and ROI-driven media strategies.
• Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
