Job Responsibilities:

Merchandise Management

Boost Sales with Smart Strategies: Develop and apply dynamic sorting logic to enhance product visibility, leveraging the latest trends and business needs to drive sales and maximize conversions. Optimize Inventory Flow: Strategically manage inventory replenishment and stock consolidation to streamline operations, reduce excess stock, and meet the evolving demands of both ecommerce and retail channels. Proactively Identify Opportunities: Analyse stock levels to uncover potential risks and growth opportunities, swiftly alerting the team with actionable plans to enhance performance and achieve business goals. Hands-on Coaching: Build expertise in business analytics and merchandise planning, empowering you to excel in your career.

Ecommerce Operations

Ensure accurate and timely updates to the online item master, including assortment, pricing, and product details for a seamless shopping experience. Track new collection samples to ensure timely availability for marketing and sales. Maintain engaging website content for campaigns and events to support promotional goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' experience in merchandise planning, ecommerce operations. Prior knowledge in Power BI / SAP / Salesforce will be an advantage. Proficient in M365 Suite, particularly in excel. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to details. * Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
