About Postition

As an E-commerce Operation Assistant, you would be responsible for

Assist in the planning and execution of online promotional campaigns/activities.
Organize product information in the company\xe2\x80\x99s centralized system and ensure to maintain consistent and high-quality data across all online sales channels.
Support for preparing games related product assets, price-list, promotion schedule
Prepare performance report on online sales campaigns/activities,
Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and ensure to maintain excellent customer service level at all times to fulfill customers satisfaction.
Ability to solve any processing order issues, return orders and customer complaints.
Build tools to partially automate some of the work.

Pre Requisites:

Computer science or engineering background preferred with Business/Marketing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking skills
Gamer enthusiast
